Description

This is a SOLICITATION NOTICE - The Bay Pines VA Healthcare System (BPVAHCS) has a requirement for an Advanced Education General Dentistry (AEGD) Residency Program providing a 24/7 computer module accessible learning format and coincident monthly video tele-conferencing (VTC) with qualified instructors. Personnel assigned by the contractor to perform the services covered by this contract shall be from a Board Certified Dental Specialist. The Faculty General Dentists and Academicians are to meet the commission accreditation standards to meet the American Dental Association (ADA) requirements. Have a full and unrestricted license or professional certification in General Dentistry in a State, Territory or Commonwealth of the United States or the District of Columbia, and shall meet the professional qualifications criteria of VA. The solicitation is for one (1) base year with four (4) one (1) year options. The NAICS code assigned to this procurement will be 611310 with a size standard of $27.5 million. The solicitation is issued as an unrestricted full and open competitive procurement. Offers will be evaluated on technical ability, past performance, price, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) and award will be made to the offeror which provides the best value to the Government. Services are scheduled to begin on July 1, 2015 (or date of award). Questions regarding this solicitation shall be in writing and received on or before May 15th 2015, 2:30 p.m. EDT.
