- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SOLICITATION: 1.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2.Purchasing Agency: Army Contracting Command - Rock Island 3.This Request for Quote (RFQ), W52P1J-15-T-0019, is issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR Part 13. 4.The U.S. Army Contracting Command- Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby requests quotes in support of US Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command (SDDC) G-3 for the procurement annual subscriptions to Sea-Web. 5.This requirement is to provide the following annual subscriptions: SUBSCRIPTION NAME QUANTITY Internet Ships Register 1 Sea-Web Ports Online 1 Sea-Web Distance Module 1 Sea-Web Ports 1 6.Responsible offerors shall provide pricing for all items listed. All prices are to be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). 7.The period of performance is 23 May 2015 through 22 May 2016. 8.This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. It is anticipated that this RFQ will result in a single Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order. The offeror that has the lowest overall quote will be awarded the resultant Purchase Order for this RFQ. The Government reserves the right to award no Purchase Order at all. This RFQ is issued subject to Availability of Funds (reference FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds). 9.The closing date and time for quotes are as follows: Closing Date: 15 May 2015 Closing Time: 1400 CT, USA 10.Quotations in response to RFQ W521P1J-15-T-0019 shall be submitted electronically to Ms. Seta Hernandez at seta.r.hernandez.civ@mail.mil and Mr. George Shreves at George.a.shreves.civ@mail.mil. Hard copies of quotes will not be accepted 11.All Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for an award with the US Government. Application to this site can be found under the following link: www.sam.gov.
