- The Library of Congress (LOC) intends to purchase shelf liners and side rests for the Rare Books and Special Collections Division. LOC anticipates award of a firm fixed-price type contract and requests delivery by September 30, 2015. Amendment 1 - May 8, 2015 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date of quotations by four days and incorporate Attachment A - Concept Drawings. Quotations are now due on May 12, 2015 by 12:00 noon EST. Amendment 2 - May 12, 2015 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the due date of quotations by one day. Quotations are now due on May 13, 2015 by 12:00 noon EST.
