Description

DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS (VA) COMPETITION FOR EXISTING LEASE LOCATION The VA is currently seeking a new requirement for Nebraska Western Iowa Health Care System 99 space Parking Lease in Omaha, NE area and is conducting a competition for parking space. The space must provide 99 parking spaces, parking shall be hard surface asphalt or concrete with striping designating the separation of spaces. A full service lease for up to 10 years, at least 5 years firm is considered. Lease term to be finalized prior to solicitation issue. Parking lease desired for use by 1 October 2015. The space to be considered shall be ½ mile from Omaha, NE Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 4101 Woolworth Ave Omaha, NE 68105 delineated area as follows: South of Pacific Street North of Arbor Street East of 46th Street West of 35th Street Offerors must provide evidence that properties are outside the 100-year flood plain. A market survey of prospective properties will be conducted by the VA.
