- Redacted Sole Source Justification The Western Business Service Center, Acquisition Branch on behalf of USDA, ARS, Northwest Watershed Research Center awarded a sole source contract to Turner Designs in the amount of $34,747.00 The award was issued under Purchase order number AG-32SD-P-15-0253. The circumstances permitting other than full and open competition are prescribed in FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source, no other will satisfy Agency requirement, under the authority of the Competition in Contract Act, 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(2).
