Description

SOW DVP054 The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to IHS Global Limited, 15 Inverness Way, Englewood, CA 80112 for the following Electronic (internet-based) access to IHS GLOBAL SEA-WEB and AIS Live Licenses, including autowatch, alerts, movements, and ports modules (two 5-license packages) The NAICS Code for this procurement is 519130. The contract will be a firm-fixed price. If no responses are received within 15 days with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with IHS GLOBAL. Responses shall be in written form via email.
