Description

This is a logical follow-on contract to allow continued software licensing and support services from the contractor, Deloitte Consulting, LLP. The suite of software, called Financial Management Systems Software (FMSS), is the contractor’s proprietary applications and has been in place at DISA since FY 1993. The contractor is the sole providing source of the required critical software maintenance support and licensing for their proprietary software. Deloitte Consulting, LLP will continue to provide licensing and software support services in support of the DISA programs. FMSS is a suite of applications built around a core financial accounting system known as the Financial Accounting Management Information System (FAMIS). FAMIS is the contractor's proprietary application and therefore they are the sole providing source of requisite critical software maintenance support and licensing for their proprietary software.
