- Refer to Pre-Solicitation W912JB-15-B-2002 UPDATE 06 MAY 2015 ************************* All work indicated in the contract documents, drawings, statements of work and specifications for CYTL142747 Construct Range Restroom Facility at the Grayling Air-to-Ground Range, a geographically separated unit of the Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center (CRTC). The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, material and supervision necessary to accomplish the work described herein. The general contractor must have a dedicated project site superintendent on site at all times during construction of this project. The site superintendent is not to manage more than this project on base or the range. Estimated cost of the base bid is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bids must be valid for 120 days after the bid due date. A general scope of work is provided below: A 575 square feet restroom-shower facility. The exterior of the new building will be double 5 quote mark vinyl siding over 4 inch structural insulated wall panels (SIP) and asphalt shingles on 10 inch structural insulated roof panels (SIP). The facility will be equipped with all appropriate mechanical and electrical utilities. Site work will include concrete landing and new water well and septic field to the east of the facility. Four inch thick concrete sidewalks and standing seam metal roofing will be bid as options. All requests must be in writing to the address listed below.
