Description

Amendment 00003 is for the following changes to VA118-15-R-0163: 1. To issue the Government response to Vendor submitted questions. 2. Proposal submission due date and time has changed as follows: From: Friday, May 8, 2015 12:00PM EST To: Wednesday, May 13, 2015 5:00PM EST 3. Revise two printer configurations to be Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Enabled: a. Performance Work Statement (PWS) Paragraph 5.2, Printer Specifications and Delivery, Table 3: Color Large Duty Printer. b. PWS Paragraph 5.2, Printer Specifications and Delivery, Table 6: Monochrome Large Duty Printer. This printer configuration change is also reflected in Attachment 002, Requirements Technical Spreadsheet, for the Color Large Duty Printer and Monochrome Large Duty Printer specifications. 4. PWS Paragraph 4.2, Place of Performance, is hereby changed as follows: From: The products will be delivered and installed at VA locations throughout the fifty (50) states; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and/or Manila, Philippines. To: The products will be delivered and installed at VA locations throughout the fifty (50) states. 5. Except as provided herein, all terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
