The U. S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) desires to lease sufficient Rentable Square Footage (RSF) of existing real property space to yield up to approximately 34,000 Net Usable Square Feet (NUSF) in Clarksville, Montgomery County, TN for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). The space must be on no more than one (1) floor and must be existing space. On-site parking for 150 vehicles is required. A lease for up to 20 years will be considered. Space within or fronting on the following boundaries will be considered: Clarksville, Montgomery County, TN
