- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to Arnoff for container rental. The anticipated period of performance is from 1 June 2015 through 31 May 2016. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 493110 and the size standard of $27.5 million. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
