This is a sources sought announcement only. This is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this announcement is to gain knowledge of current market capabilities in relation to NAICS Code 621511, Size Standard $32.5 Million. The Network Contracting activity (VISN 2) is seeking potential qualified contractor to provide Per Draw Phlebotomy Services specifically within the Village of Warsaw, New York for the Western New York VA Healthcare System. Responses to this sources sought must include the following information. 1. General information of your company name, address, contact person name, phone number, fax number, email address(s) and DUNS number and company website if available. 2. Type of business such as 8(a), small business, Hub Zone small business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran owned small business or Veteran owned small business. 3. Does your company have experience with a Department of Veterans Affairs phlebotomy services?
