- Attachment 1 - Equipment List Request for Quote The 502nd Contracting Squadron, 2250 Engineer Street, Ste# 1, San Antonio, Texas 78234-7740, is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 333318, Other Commercial and Service Industry Machinery Manufacturing; with a Small Business size standard of 1,000 employees. This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-81, effective 10 Apr 2015. This Request for Quote (RFQ) for the smallware requirement is being solicited full and open in accordance with FAR 13.104. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed-Price contract in support of the Brooke Army Medical Department Center (BAMC). A detailed list of equipment items can be found in Attachment 1. Quotes must be in the format provided on the Schedule.
