- The National Park Service (NPS) will issue a Prospectus soliciting for proposals in response to a business opportunity to operate lodging, food and beverage, retail, hot springs and pools, campgrounds, and other related services in at Sol Duc Hot Springs in Olympic National Park. The NPS will issue the Prospectus on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 under the terms described in the Prospectus. Pursuant to 36 C.F.R. Part 51, the Director has determined that there is no preferred Offeror for the Draft Contract. A site visit of the Concession Facilities will be held on May 7, 2015. You must sign up in advance for the site visit by calling Dave Fuller at Olympic National Park at (360) 565-3020 or email him at david_fuller@nps.gov. The Prospectus is available on the National Park Service Commercial Services website at http://www.nps.gov/commercialservices/ Hard copy Prospectus packages are available by contacting Sue Eibeck, Commercial Services Analyst, Pacific West Region, via email to sue_eibeck@nps.gov or by phone at (415) 623-2224. There is a printing cost recovery charge of $50 for prospectuses delivered via Federal Express, or $40 if picked up in person. Checks or money orders (no cash or credit or debit cards accepted) must be payable to the National Park Service. You must include a business address for delivery via Federal Express (no P.O. Boxes). The Prospectus is also available on-line, at no charge, at the above listed website. If you choose to retrieve a copy of the Prospectus from the NPS website, please notify Sue Eibeck so you are placed on the mailing list to receive notifications of any future modifications or other correspondence. Questions related to the Prospectus must be received in writing via email to Sue Eibeck at the email address listed above no later than May 15, 2015. Any proposals must be received by the National Park Service, Pacific West Region, Attn: Commercial Services Office, 333 Bush Street, Suite 500, San Francisco, California 94104 no later than 4:00 PM (Pacific Time) on July 28, 2015.
