- The United States Air Force through Air Force Support Center (AFSC) at Oklahoma City Air Logistics Center (OC-ALC) is intending to procure the line items cited below for a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract. This is a 100% small business set-aside (competitive after SB restrictions) for the purchase of spare parts. 1. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from Offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
