- The U. S. Government currently occupies 16,835 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office and related space yielding 16,055 ANSI / BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet of space under lease located at 1150 South Green Street in Tupelo, Mississippi that will be expiring. The Government intends to negotiate a renewal option for three (3) years with termination rights for the Government at the existing location due to the economic benefit and other factors. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements. The Government will also consider costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as the physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, replication of telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
