- The U. S. Government currently occupies 23,922 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of office and related space yielding 21,500 ANSI / BOMA Office Area (ABOA) square feet of space under lease located at 8530 Kingston Pike in Knoxville, Tennessee that will be expiring. The Government intends to negotiate a renewal option for three (3) years with termination rights for the Government at the existing location due to the economic benefit and other factors. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that can potentially satisfy the Government's requirements. The Government will also consider costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as the physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, replication of telecommunications infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime. Minimum Requirements State: Tennessee City: Knoxville Delineated Area: North: Kingston Pike from the intersection at Lyons View Pike westward to the intersection at Northshore Rd ; I-40 westward beginning at the intersection of Papermill Rd and Northshore Rd; Include the area between I-40 and the intersection of North Gallaher View Rd and Walker Springs Rd; Include the area between I-40 and the intersection of Bridgewater Rd NW Cross Park Dr westward to N. Cedar Bluff; Include the area between I-40 and the intersection of N. Cedar Bluff and Dutchtown Rd westward to the Pellissippi Parkway/I-140; Include I-40 westward from Pellissippi Parkway/I-140 to Lovell Rd East: Kingston Pike at the intersection at Lyon’s View Pike; Northshore Dr from Kingston Pike to I-40 South: Kingston Pike westward from the intersection at Lyons View Pike; Continue on Lyons View Pike as it turns into Westland Drive; Head south on Ebenezer Road and then continue on Westland Drive West: Pellissippi Parkway/I-140 to the intersection of Fox Road; Head west on Fox Road as it turns in Canton Hollow Road; Head north on Canton Hollow Road as it turns into Lovell Road.
