- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 5, is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Roof Replacement at the Harrison Lake National Fish Hatchery, located in Charles City, VA. This procurement action is being solicited as a Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 238160 (Roofing Contractors), with a size standard of $15 million. This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. The estimated magnitude of this work is Not to Exceed $25,000. Bonding Requirements for this project are as follows: None. Detailed requirements and specifications are listed as attachments. A Firm Fixed Price award is contemplated from this solicitation with an award to the offeror(s) providing the best value, based on the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation; Technical and Price.
