- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials as specified in the solicitation scope of work necessary to perform Mowing Services at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District Headquarters, in Rock Island, IL. The solicitation is a request for quote and is issued as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS code 561730 will apply with the size standard of $7.5 million. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government: price only. The solicitation will be posted to the FedBizOpps (FBO) website, www.fbo.gov on April 20, 2015. The date and time for receipt of quotes is by May 4, 2015 at 3 PM CST. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the FedBizOpps (FBO) website for amendments to the solicitation. The resultant contract will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract in accordance with the solicitation procedures outlined in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items (Services). All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database at www.sam.gov. The solicitation will not be available in paper format. All documents required for the offer submittal, including amendments to the offer submittal, shall be in hard copy or electronic submittal.
