- Description
- This project is for the construction repairs/maintenance for re-mediating the current water infiltration in the building typically from driving rains. Scope of work is as follows: 1) The removal and replacement of the four corner roofs at the fifth floor level including flashings and copings. Also included is the removal and replacement of the roof drains, and overflows, (piping to remain) and exterior flood lights at each of the four corner roofs. 2) The removal and replacement of 150 linear feet (LF) of brick masonry and flashing. 3) The removal and replacement of 12 louvers, with associated sealants and flashing, as indicated in the drawings. 4) The replacement of 100 LF of masonry control joints at the fifth floor roof level. 5) The removal and replacement of the sloped sheet metal flashing at the base of the curtain wall assemblies. 6. Provide extruded silicone tape seal to replace perimiter sealant at 204 each center-pivot windows. Provide new flashing above the vehicle entrance coiling door. Award will be made to a Certified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, (SDVOSB) Contractor whom shall submit the lowest sealed bid.
