- This solicitation is to result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year with provisions for 4 one-year option periods covering NSN 6680-01-616-2233, Magnetic Pickup, Transducer, in accordance with The Boeing Company CAGE 8V613 Drawing 7-511315445 P/N 7-511315445-001; Approved Source: Magnetic Sensors CAGE 0LVP6 P/N 401074-90. Source control item. DLAD clause 52.217-9003 Restriction of Alternate Offers for Source Controlled Items applies. The estimated annual quantity is 108 EA. The guaranteed minimum is 27 EA which is applicable only to the base year. The five-year maximum contract quantity is 540 EA exclusive of any surge quantities. Surge and Sustainment applies. FOB Origin; Inspection Acceptance Destination. Solicitation will be issued Unrestricted on an Other Than Full and Open Competitive basis. Item is not commercial. Item is used in support of the AH-64E Helicopter. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. The expected issue date is May 5, 2015. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Clause 252.225-7021 Trade Agreements will be included in the solicitation.
