- State: Georgia City: Savannah Delineated Area: Starting at the intersection of Chatham Parkway & Ogeechee Road (GA-25), go SW along Ogeechee Road to Abercorn Expressway. Take Abercorn to I-95. Go North on I-95 to Little Neck Road to US-80 in Bloomingdale. Take US-80 West to Pooler Parkway. Follow Pooler Parkway past I-95 to GA-21. Follow GA-21 SE to US-80. Follow US-80 to Chatham Parkway and close polygon by following Chatham Parkway back to Ogeechee Road. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,400 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,400 Rentable Sq. Ft.
