Description

AWARD JOFOC This contract has been awarded. This post is fo rinformational purposes only. Provide Acquisition Coordinator support services to the Office of Project Delivery. Period of Performance is (9 months0 April 1, 2015 - December 31, 2015. •1) Compile apprenticeship information from construction contractors and coordinate/compile submitted reports on the Apprenticeship Program for submission to Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton's office. Maintain the files and the database of those reports and evaluate data submitted by companies against their approved apprenticeship plans. •2) Compile information and upload status on all contractor small business reports submitted, utilizing the Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS). Maintain a database of report information submitted by companies to eSRS, and evaluate that information against approved subcontracting plans. •3) Function as Division timekeeper. Compile time and attendance records for approval in the Time and Attendance Management System (TAMS) and the Electronic Time and Attendance Management System (ETAMS). Maintain accurate leave balance records for all government contract specialists. Assure timecards are processed correctly for each pay period. •4) Administer the Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) for the entire Office of Project Delivery (OPD). Input all evaluations and act as the point of contact for program managers and vendors regarding evaluations and evaluations status. Create and maintain weekly status reports. •5) Coordinates procurement management review requests and other request for contract auditing. •6) Substitute for the Contracts Division Procurement (Program) Analyst as required, assisting in maintaining the timely flow of all contract actions (awards, modifications, invoices, payments, etc.) as well as ensuring the Division meets the 5-day contract award to Pegasus entry limitation.
