- All questions regarding this SYNOPSIS should be submitted in writing to the following E-Mail address: amy.c.feemster@usace.army.mil. This Acquisition shall be competed as a 100% small business set-aside requirement. This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District intends to issue solicitation number W912BV-15-T-0050 to provide Gate Attendant Services to the Various Area/Lakes to include Texoma and Tenkiller, OK & TX. The contract type will be a firm-fixed price contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this program is 721211, a Classification Code of M1PA, and a business size standard of $7.5 million. The Government will award multiple contracts resulting from the subsequent solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer is conforming to the requirements of the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government considering price. This solicitation will be issued on FebBizOpps Website at http://www.fbo.gov. Notification of amendments shall be made via FebBizOpps. It is the contractors' responsibility to check the above-listed internet address daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Any amendments issued to the solicitation must be acknowledged by potential offerors. No corrections and/or changes to proposals will be allowed after the proposal submittal due time and date. Estimated solicitation issue date is on or about the estimated date of 16 April 2015. Quotations are anticipated to be due on or about 23 April 2015. Contractors must be registered and current with the System for Award Management (SAM) website formerly known as Central Contractor Registration (CCR), in order to receive a Government contract award.
