- The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound intends to solicit, in support of Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and IMF, Bremerton, WA for the purchase of 4 each hose assembly 15ft X 1 ¯ID x 3 ¯ MAX OD, 7 each hose assembly 25ft X 1 ¯ID x 3 ¯ MAX OD, 16 each hose assembly 50ft X 1 ¯ID x 3 ¯ MAX OD for use at Bremerton, WA in accordance with government specifications. Required delivery date is 11 MAY 2015. FOB Destination pricing required. This requirement to be solicited using commercial, simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR Part 12. The acquisition will be solicited anticipating award of a Firm, Fixed-Price Supply type contract. The proposed contract is Unrestricted. To be negotiated on a sole source basis with TECHNIFAB PRODUCTS INC. per FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: https://www.neco.navy.mil. The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 16 April 2015 with a closing on 27 April 2015. Complete specifications to be included in the solicitation. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. Prospective offerors should register themselves on the NECO website. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by NAVSUP FLC Puget Sound. Offerors must also be registered in the System For Award Management (SAM) in order to participate in this procurement at http://www.sam.gov.
