- AWARD JOFOC This Contract has been awarded. This post is for informational purposes only. Provide Asset Managemetn and Program Management support services to the Office of Portfolio Managemetn Division. Period of Performance (9 months) April 1, 2014-December 31,2015. Asset Management :The contractor(s) shall provide technical support for high visibility projects, complex asset strategies and real property asset management strategies for the portfolio. The position requires experience in consulting, real estate, finance, economics, knowledge of facility management or equivalent experience. The contractor(s) will have experience in green and sustainability practices in buildings. The contractor(s) shall provide expert advice, assistance, and guidance and will perform various tasks with degrees of complexity in supporting programs of Capital Planning. The contractor(s) will provide and/or review complex detailed financial analysis including discounted cash flow and sensitivity analyses. In addition, the contractor will prepare materials and provide senior level briefings including materials and briefings for congressional committees. The contractor(s) will work on complex problems where analysis of data or situations requires an in- depth evaluation of various factors. The contractor(s) will exercise technical discretion within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criterion for obtaining results. The contractor(s) must have excellent communications skills written and oral, able to prepare executive presentation materials, have a working knowledge of budgets, able to work independently and within a team, work with-in broad and sometimes non specific guidelines, and be proficient in learning and using IT applications Program Analyst The contractor(s) will have knowledge and experience in evaluating, planning, and of analytical processes and techniques (quantitative and qualitative). Program Analysts tend to perform/oversee/track projects or tasks associated with the development, evaluation and improvement of NCR PBS programs, operating policies and processes. The contractor(s) will perform various tasks in supporting programs of Capital Planning. The contractor(s) must have good communications skills written and oral, able to prepare presentation materials, have a working knowledge of budgets, able to work independently and within a team, work with-in broad and sometimes non specific guidelines, and be proficient in learning and using IT applications.
