Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO LEASE SPACE USING OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION The U.S. Government intends to award a lease extension using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) that is expiring in Tucson, Arizona. The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 19,307 ANSI/ BOMA office area and 32 adjacent parking spaces. The space must be located in Rio Rico, AZ, be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of hte rental consideration. To submit a locaiton for inspection, contact this office by April 28, 2015 (Submissions other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
