- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. See attachments through below hotlink under Additional documentation to Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI): Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Document, Performance Work Statement (PWS), and Service Contract Act Wage Determination applicable to the locality. The PWS covers all work potentially required, and Exhibit 3 of the PWS gives specific estimated workload data for the event to include amount of dental treatment requested. The synopsis/solicitation document contains instructions on what to submit with quotation. All Questions shall be addressed in email to Brian Williams at brian.j.williams9.mil@mail.mil.
