- Englebright Ground Maintenance Solicitation All offers will be due 1 MAY 2015 by 2:00 PM PST. At a minimum USACE requires: -The first page of SF form 1449, block 30a, 30b and 30c to be filled by offeror. -Fill out PRICING SCHEDULE B for your quote. -Fill out NAVFAC PPQ for experience and references. -Submit resume for additional information to include SALARY PLAN for your employees. Email/Scan to arnel.d.margen@usace.army.mil(preferred method) or fax to 916-557-7524 (Attn:Arnel Margen) by deadline. Please notify Arnel Margen asap upon faxing offer as fax machine is shared by a big office. SITE VISIT- Prospective vendors are strongly urged to visit the site to become familiar with the locations and work involved. Site Visit will be held on Friday, 17 April 2015 at 10:00A.M. at 12896 Englebright Dam Road, Smartsville, CA 95977. For further directions, contact Doug Grothe at Tel: (530) 432-6427; Email: Doug.Grothe@usace.army.mil. In no event shall failure to visit the site be grounds for withdrawal of your quotation. BOAT RESERVATION FOR SITE VISIT- Reservation for seats to the boat ride is MANDATORY for the SITE VISIT so please contact Doug Grothe by email and cc Arnel Margen (email:arnel.d.margen@usace.army.mil)by 14 APRL 2015 no later than 4:00 PM that day.
