Description

This solicitation will contain NSN 1560-01-603-8310 for a FIRESEAL AIRCRAFT. A Request for Proposal (RFP) will be issued for award of a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside. The quantity is as follows: 433 each. FOB: Destination ; Inspection/Acceptance: Destination n based on the Basic Order Agreement. D e livery: 250 DARO. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of p r ice, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitat i on. The solicitation issue date is on or about February 25, 2015. Surplus offers must provide adequate traceability documentation with their offers. Close date is extended to 03/30/15. Provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction, is hereby added back into the solicitation. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to accedd the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA. 04/09/15: This solicitation number is cancelled in its entirety and replaced by SPE4A515R0612.
