- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD AS SOLE-SOURCE (ACEIT SOFTWARE ANNUAL DMS RENEWAL) Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Assistant Commander for Programs (AC PROG), Quantico, VA, intends to award a sole-source contract to Telecote Research, Inc., 420 S. Fairview Avenue, Suite 201, Goleta, CA 93117-3626 (Cage Code: 0BMB0; DUNS #: 074108176) in support of the renewal of Annual Site Distribution, Maintenance and Support (DMS) fees for Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) software. AC PROG owns a perpetual site license with Tecolote Research, Inc for this software. The award will consist of one (1) Base year and two (2) twelve-month Option Years. The estimated contract value for this procurement is $10,500.00. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in responding to this notice; however, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to meet the requirements not later than 15:00 EST on 23 April 2015. The anticipated date of contract award is 27 May 2015. All documents should be submitted to Ms. Courtney Pruitt at courtney.pruitt@usmc.mil, with a cc: to Ms. Sheila McCreery at sheila.mccreery@usmc.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open basis is solely within the discretion of the Government.
