- Notice to all contractors who have registered for the pre-proposal conference being held on Monday, April 13, 2015 at 10:00 am should arrive and assemble by 9:30 am in the lobby at the USAID - 14th Street entrance. Attendees will be escorted at 9:30 am to the B-2 conference room for check-in. NOTE: Please keep in mind the time needed to find parking. For those offerors who will be picking up cds following the conference should have a copy of their pick-up forms along with a copy of the firm's business license.
