Rodriguez-Gist For any additional information please contact the following: James Hetzel, Mechanical Engineer, 443-861-2947 The purpose of this market survey is to locate potential sources to provide technical support services (including repair services, reset services, technical services, and new items) immediately upon contract award, for the following BAE (94117) parts: Nomenclature Part Number NSN CAGE Signal Processing Unit 8469592-1 5895-01-615-8269 94117 Radio Frequency Distribution Unit 846593-1 5895-01-615-8282 94117 Tactical Exploitation System 8505535-1 5895-01-642-6487 94117 The services are to be provided on a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) basis, with a period of performance of 5 years. The contractor shall provide technical support for the EMARSS and TSP components to Government and Government-support personnel within and outside of the United States. The components are produced by BAE Systems Information and Electronic Systems Integration, the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). The OEM possesses detailed and complete technical data for components. The Government only possesses system-level performance specifications and incomplete technical data related to components and do not intend on funding reverse engineering efforts to develop production level technical data. Required services include inspect, test, repair, verify, preserve, package, mark, and ship parts; satisfy Item Unique Identification (IUID) requirements; comply with security requirements, up to and including TOP SECRET/SCI; submit Contract Manpower Reporting data; provide on-call technical support; track, manage, and maintain any provided Government Furnished Property; track part obsolescence and provide, as required, configuration change documentation. All interested potential sources must prepare a response (in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, rich text or text format) no greater than 10 pages in length, specifying their ability to service the above listed NSNs, as required by the US Government. Include past history in support of the EMARSS weapon system and system knowledge at a minimum.
