The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Inquiry, Quote, Order (IQO) section is conducting this Request for Information (RFI) as market research to determine if there are current Small Business Sources that have the capability of delivering telecommunication services, bandwidth, and network equipment in support of the Warfighter, while meeting the requirements of FAR Clause 52.219-14.
