Description

COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 8), James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Tampa, FL is currently seeking firms, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Hub zone, 8(A), Woman Owned Small Business OR Small Business with the ability to provide the requirement listed below: Services Required: The contractor shall provide a PhD prepared nurse who is internationally known, credentialed, and has developed a nursing caring model, led VA organizations in adopting caring models, and has founded a formal recognized Institute of Caring. Period of Performance: April 15, 2015 to April 14, 2020 Interested individuals shall provide a capability statement, to include complete address, phone & email address of contact. All vendors shall be registered in System Award Management (SAM) to be considered for any contract award. All emails from interested parties must be received by 10:00 AM, April 8, 2015. Email address is as follows, paul.jarrett@va.gov. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 813920. To be considered a small business under this code the SBA size standard must not exceed $14.0M.
