- PR 0057284026 for NSN 6615-1-257-5425, BAE Systems, CAGE 89954, Part Number 478765-01, Control, Gyroscope, Attitude-Heading. DLA Aviation does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Solicitation will request pricing for a quantity of 21 each. Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, FOB Origin, and delivery 197 days ARO. This solicitation is unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition. Item is not used in the commercial sector. A Letter Request for Proposal (RFP) will be solicited for award of a firm fixed price contract on or around 04/16/15, and the closing date is on or around 05/01/15. It is anticipated that an award will be made against the OEM's Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA); however a copy of the solicitation will be made available upon request. In order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in System Award Management (SAM). SAM registration is at https://www.sam.gov. Alternate offerors must submit a Source Approval Request (SAR) package along with a completed copy of the solicitation in order to be considered for award. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $650,000 a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer. If an offer submitted to the solicitation is over $700,000, Certified Cost and Pricing Data and a Subcontracting Plan will be required with the offer. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS).
