- These items are being solicited utilizing a Letter Solicitation in order to fulfill the required re-compete/option exercise to the already established Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQC) awarded against the SDVOSB Set Aside original solicitation :SPE4A613R0634,for multiple competitive NSNs for Federal Supply Classes (FSC) 6150 and 5995. This solicitation contains a population of approximately 76 NSNs that are part of the recompete population to be priced by the awardees only of the contracts for the initial solicitation. All these NSNs are 1G competitive items with terms of FOB destination with Inspection /Acceptance (I/A) at destination or FOB Destination I/A origin as stated in pricing spreadsheet. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) of each NSN. The solicitations estimated closing date is approximately June 22, 2015. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are unacceptable. Surge and Sustainment may be required for some of the NSNs. Excel spreadsheets for pricing, delivery and surge information (if applicable) for all the NSNs will be provided with the solicitation to each awardee/supplier. Proposals can to be submitted to the Bid Custodian via email at DSCR.Biddesk@dla.mil. The original solicitation.applies to this action. A copy of the solicitation will be available only from the Acquisition Specialist if needed and is only for the awardees from the original solicitation. Emailed copies are also acceptable.
