- NOTICE IS HEREBY AMENDED TO CHANGE SOLICITATION NUMBER FROM SPE4A5-15-R-0386 TO READ SPE4A5-15-X-0019 NSN: 2840-01-130-2771, Roller, Cam. The approved source(s): Accurate Bushing Company, CAGE 07484 and General Electric Company, Cage 90207. FOB Origin. Inspection & Acceptance: Origin. This is a Commercial item. DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 220 days. The solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on an Other than Full and Open competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) which is 2234 each. This quantity will be the same for the base year and all four option periods. The guaranteed minimum quantity for the base year only is 559 each. This solicitation is being issued under the First Destination Transportation (FDT) program. The item is used on the F/A-18 Hornet aircraft. PPIRS will be used as part of the evaluation process. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is February 27, 2015. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
