Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The 177th Fighter Wing has an UNFUNDED requirement for an Advanced Console System (ACS) to be delivered to 400 Langley Road, Egg Harbor Twp., NJ 08234. Contractor shall design, furnish, install, and test an Advanced Console System (ACS) for the Command Post (177FW/CP), including a Joint Interoperability Testing Command (JITC) integrated Switching System which supports the Avaya system. Please review the attached Scope of Work for further specifications. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for Small Business. The North American Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 517110-Wired Telecommunications Carrier; size standard: 1,500 employees. The vendor selected must comply with the following commercial item terms and conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-2-Evaluation-Commercial-Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items- the selected offeror must submit a completed copy of the listed representations and certifications; FAR 52.212-4, contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.219-8- Utilization of Small Business Concerns; FAR 52.232-1, Payments; FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds; FAR 52.232-23, Assignment of Claims; FAR 52.233-1, Disputes; FAR 52.233-3, Protest After Award; FAR 52.233-4, Applicable Law for Breach of Contract Claim; FAR 52.246-4, Inspection of Services-Fixed Price; Solicitation Provisions Incorporated by Reference. Vendors must provide past performance on similar projects performed within the last three (3) years. It is the firm's or individual's responsibility to be familiar with applicable provisions and clauses. NJ 08234 Attached is the Site Survey visit form which must be completed and returned to our office if you plan to attend the site visit. The form must be emailed to 177FW.BCO@ang.af.mil. NLT 1100hrs, EST, Friday, 13 Mar 2015. Forms received after the scheduled date and time will not be honored.
