- Description
- Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), The Contracting Office, Naval Hospital Bremerton, Bremerton WA intends to issue a sole source Extedntion award to Ortho Clinical Diagnostics in the amount of and additonal $38,000.00 (NTE) for the period of 4/1/15 - 09/30/15 for a Cost per test contract for the ProVue Instrument, plus consumables. This will be an extention to the original Contract dated 10/1/2014. Additional 6 months. This notice is not a request for quotes and no solicitation will be issued. This procedure will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures
