Questions and Answers on VA118-15-Q-0160 - IT Training Summit Conference 4. We may not have all the guest rooms available, would you consider utilizing neighboring hotels for the overflow of guest rooms and or space? Answer: The Performance Work Statement Paragraph 4.2 - Guest Rooms reads, "The Contractor's facility shall have the guest room capacity to accommodate 360 people from May 11, 2015 through May 15."
