This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is a request for request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-80 March 2 2015 The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 518111. The Homeland Response Force Ohio (HRF OH) will be participating in an External Evaluation (EXEVAL) 22-25 June 2015 at Camp Ravenna Joint Military Training Center (CRJMTC). During that training the evaluators (JITEC) will require voice and data communications support. Objective Deliver required voice and data communications to The Ohio Army National Guard to support Joint Interagency Training and Education Center (JITEC) communications operations. Delivery dates and quantities are out outlined in the requirements listed below. a. Contractor must remain flexible allowing for adjustments in delivery dates and service and sustainment time frame dependent on operational needs. b.The awarding of this contract is subject to the availability of the requesting entity's ability to fund said contract. c.The contractor will provide a service time and equipment utilization quote to account for potential future increases or decreases of all equipment and services listed below. d.Price quote: Service and equipment cost will be based on a price per service time period and equipment utilization quote. Final dates and times will be provided to the contractor by 01Jun2015. Dates and required service delivery amounts may need to be adjusted based on operational need. Billing must be adjusted accordingly. All interested companies shall provide proposals for the following: Services Location of Services: Camp Ravenna Joint Military Training Center 1438 State Route 534 SW Newton Falls, OH 444444 Required Dates: 18June 2015 to 25June 2015 Requirements: NLT 1700 HRS EST on 18June2015 contractor will deliver commercial internet via Wireless Access Points to two locations (separate, non-adjacent buildings) capable of supporting 25 total internet subscribers (20 in one location and 5 in the other) at a minimum data rate of 5 MBps DL/5 MBps UL. Contractor will also provide a total of 19 Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) lines (wireless or wired; 18 in one location and 1 in the other) and supply 1 operational telephone device per line (19 total). Contractor will provide necessary support to maintain provided services and equipment. Services and equipment must be available continuously from delivery date and time until 25June2015 at 2000 hrs EST.
