This solicitation is a request for request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-80 March 2 2015 The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541990. The Homeland Response Force Ohio (HRF OH) will be participating in an External Evaluation (EXEVAL) 22-25 June 2015 at Camp Ravenna Joint Military Training Center (CRJMTC). During that training the Search & Extraction (S&E) element will be operating in a collapsed structure training environment requiring a reset of the existing Structural Collapse Simulator on the grounds of Camp Ravenna. STATEMENT OF WORK Structural Collapse Venue Simulator Reset Homeland Response Force Ohio External Evaluation 22 Jun -25 Jun 2015 1.Background: Homeland Response Force Ohio (HRF OH) Search and Extraction (S&E) will be participating in a External Evaluation (EXEVAL) at Camp Ravenna Joint Military Training Center (CRJMTC) 22 Jun - 25 Jun 2015 using an existing Structural Collapse Venue Simulator (SCVS). 2.Objective: This Statement of Work establishes performance requirements for contractor support to allow training organizations the maximum opportunity to exercise their personnel under simulated quote mark real world quote mark conditions. The training environment shall provide support for the regional training and exercise activities focused on enhancing domestic contingency readiness embedded within these support efforts- venues designed to assist in the training and readiness of HRF teams. Training venues and props will be built so individuals will gain valuable experience and expertise working on a simulated quote mark real world quote mark collapsed structure. 3.Project Scope Reset and certify existing SCVS prior to the start of EXEVAL with technical inspections being conducted at the end of each Operational Period from 22-25 June 2015 at CRJMTC to reset as required to eliminate safety concerns and increase training value of the structures for the next training event. Conduct a final technical inspection on the 25 June 2015 or the last day of training and reset as required certifying SCVS for future training events. 4.Required Tasks: The contractor shall perform the tasks below in accordance with the Performance Standard and Acceptable Quality Level. The contractor shall provide three (3) Subject Matter Experts (SME) to serve as training support.
