- The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement to acquire temporary lodging for the United States Coast Guard (USCG) SENTINEL Class Cutter Primary Crew Assembly Facility (PCAF) in the vicinity of Lockport, Louisiana. Period of performance is expected to be 05/12/2015 - 12/28/2018. The RFP is expected to be released within one day of this posting via the Federal Business Opportunity (FedBizOpps) web page at www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be issued. It is incumbent upon offerors to monitor the FedBizOpps web page for RFP release and all subsequent amendments. The NAICS is 721110 [Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels]. The USCG intends to conduct the solicitation with award being to the responsible Offeror whose proposal offers the best value using guidance from the principles for evaluation of Commercial Items at FAR 12.602 and FAR 13.106.
