- ELIN's Statement of Work (SOW) This sources sought Request for Information (RFI) announcement is published for market research purposes only. This market research will be used to help identify Small Business sources under NAICS code 336611. Request that prospective offerors complete and return a Capabilities Statement as described below to determine which contractors possess the capability, experience and financial ability to provide a full range of intermediate-level troubleshooting, repair, renewal, refurbishment, modernization, maintenance and testing of U.S. Navy Living Barges and their auxiliary systems (hull, mechanical, and electrical). This should not be construed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract, nor does it restrict the Government to a particular acquisition approach or otherwise reimburse respondents for any costs incurred in preparation of a response to this notice. The attached Statement of Work (SOW) is a draft for review. A new revised SOW may be issued with the solicitation at a later date. In accordance with FAR 15.202e, responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Only responders who meet the following criteria should respond to this sources sought notice: •1. Meets ALL specifications outlined in the attached document. •2. Anticipates availability of on-site personnel during the stated periods of performance. •3. Has an active CAGE Code with the Central Contractor Registration. •4. Does not appear on the Excluded Parties List Responses should include the following information: •1. Responder's contact information including company name. P.O.C. name, telephone number, fax number, email address, street address, CAGE, and TIN •2. Acknowledgement of review of the Category I and II NAVSEA Standard Items (NSI) required under paragraph (b) of the SOW. Please email your responses to the attention of Aimee Maciejewski at aimee.maciejewski@navy.mil no later than 12:00 PM ET on March 31, 2015. All responses shall be limited to 10 pages or less and pricing information should not be submitted at this time
