- The 934th Airlift Wing (AFRC) is soliciting for Project #QJKL 14-0019, Repair Womens Restroom, Bldg 821, at the Minneapolis-St.Paul ARS. This acquisition is a Total Small Business set-aside for NAICS 236220, size standard $36.5M. Make sure the NAICS code is identified in your System for Award Management (SAM) record. Work to include: Furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation & supervision to Remove and dispose of existing ceramic and asbestos flooring, ceramic wall tiles, suspended ceiling, lights, doors, fixtures, accessories, lockers, radiator and exhaust system. Installation of new flooring, ceramic wall tiles, paint, suspended ceiling, lights, doors,fixtures, accessories, lockers, radiator and exhaust system as per the Technical Specifications dated Jan 2015, drawings, contract clauses and wage determination. Location will be at the Minneapolis-St Paul Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis MN as shown on the drawings. Performance period is 60 days. Magnitude of Acquisition is between $100K and $250K. Telephone requests for plans will not be honored, and no planholders lists are maintained. Plans and specifications will be available for examination without charge at the Contracting Office upon coordination with Anthony Misenor (612) 713-1426, Anthony.Misenor.1@us.af.mil All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be eligible to receive award http://www.sam.gov and have completed the "On-line Representations and Certifications" within that registration. Vendors should sign up on this web site in the "Interested Vendor List (IVL)" tab to view, and sign up to "watch" the opportunity to receive notices. Once the solicitation is posted, it is incumbent upon interested parties to review this web site frequently for any updates/amendments to the solicitation. An organized Site Visit is scheduled for April 8 2015, 10:00am, see Section L. Potential bidders - prime contractors, subcontractors and/or suppliers may attend the site visit upon written advance notification to the assigned Contract Specialist, see FAR Clause 52.236-27.
