Government First Article Testing (FAT) applies. Production delivery is 194 days or better. Government FAT delivery is 120 days or better; End item is ­­­­B-1B Aircraft. Solicited as Small Business Set Aside. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is April 2, 2015. Vendors must submit a completed solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
