Description

SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is seeking Interested Vendors for the following: Complete Architectural, Engineering, and consultant (A/E) services to complete a Preliminary Design Report (PDR), Final Design Report (FDR), construction documents and specifications, Solicitation, and Construction Administration services for the proposed Photon Science Laboratory Building (PSLB) fit-out in compliance with DOE Order 413.3B requirement for a new laboratory building fit-out. The scope of work for this project is the fit-out of an existing cold dark building shell; fit-out to consist of tenant improvements, laboratory fit-out, furniture, fixtures and equipment including lab casework, and all mechanical, electrical, fire sprinkler, plumbing, and life safety equipment and utilities to SLAC sources. The fit out covers approximately 56,000 to 70,000 net square feet in the lower two floors of a three floor building with the third floor as an option. The design services will commence in mid 2015 with fit-out starting in 2016 on the SLAC site. Interested Vendors are requested to register in the Interested Vendor portal.
