- CSML QR 072014-092014 CSML QR 042014-062014 CSML QR 012014-032014 CSML QR 102013-122013 RFP for Liberia Accountability and Voice Initiative (LAVI) The purpose of the Liberia Accountability and Voice Initiative (LAVI), hereafter referred to as "the program", is to strengthen multi-stakeholder partnerships to advocate for and monitor policy and accountability reforms. It contributes to the overall goal of USAID/Liberia's civil society and media interventions, which is to increase the influence of citizens and media in the governance of public goods and services, and to Development Objective 1 in USAID/Liberia's CDCS: more effective, accountable, and inclusive governance.
