- The Naval Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order for the manufacture and delivery of three (3) each New Fly Away Tow Bars (P/N 15794 or equivalent, NSN 1730-01-473-3557) in support of the United States Navy C-40 aircraft program to the lowest price offer from a responsible offeror.
